From your valued feedback we have implemented a columns settings modal on the candidate database page. Here you can hide/unhide existing columns or add "Additional Details" Columns which include things like Address Details, Benefits, Compensation, Visa Status etc.
You will also be able to add this data to any existing candidate or when creating new candidates.

One-Click Candidate Rejection

As requested by users, we’ve added a Reject button to each candidate card in the internal shortlist view. This gives you an additional way to move candidates to the “Rejected” column — alongside the existing drag-and-drop functionality, which remains fully supported.
