The origin
We kept meeting the same recruiter.
3 desks. Good billers. Running their CRM, their notetaker, their enrichment tool, and three spreadsheets — because none of them talk to each other. Paying $300/month per user for the privilege.
They weren't unhappy with recruiting. They were unhappy with the software. The tools were designed for agencies ten times their size, by people who had never sat at a small-agency desk.
