Common questions.
Who can see the revenue dashboard?
By default, each recruiter can see their own dashboard. Admins and team leads can toggle to any team member's view. You can control visibility at the role level — so junior recruiters only see their own numbers.
Does activity track automatically or do I have to log it?
Most activity tracks automatically. CVs sent via Shortlists, interviews booked through the calendar sync, and placements logged in the pipeline all flow into the dashboard without any manual input. If you make a call or send something outside of Shortlists, you can log it in one click.
Can I set different KPI targets for different team members?
Yes. Targets are set per user. A senior consultant might have a higher placement target than someone six months in. You can also set desk-wide targets that aggregate across the whole team.
How does the AI summary decide what to flag?
The summary looks at each KPI target, your current pacing (are you on track to hit it by the end of the period?), and compares it to your historical performance. If you're 90% through the month with 40% of your placement target, that's flagged. If you're trending ahead, it says so.
Can I export revenue data to a spreadsheet or report?
Yes. Any time period, any team configuration can be exported as a CSV or a formatted PDF report. Useful for end-of-month reviews, investor updates, or sharing with clients.
