How does the match score work?
BD Radar cross-references each new role against your candidate database using skills, location, salary range, seniority, and availability signals. It's not keyword matching — it's the same logic a good recruiter uses when deciding whether a role is worth calling.
Can I filter by geography or sector?
Yes. You can configure BD Radar to only surface roles in specific cities, regions, or countries. You can also restrict it to your sectors and exclude competitors or companies you already have mandates with.
