Terms of Service

1. The service

Shortlists provides a recruiting CRM platform for small agencies. We offer the platform on a subscription basis, billed monthly. Your subscription gives you access to all current features and all features we ship during your subscription.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share login details or allow unauthorised access to your account. Each licence is for a single named user.

3. Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. Your data

You own all data you add to Shortlists. We process it on your behalf. You can export your data at any time. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Shortlists to:

• Send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law
• Store or process data you are not legally entitled to hold
• Attempt to access other customers' data or circumvent security measures
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability, though we will always work to resolve issues quickly.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of Shortlists after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
