How does the Chrome extension work?

When you visit a LinkedIn profile, the Shortlists Chrome extension shows a sidebar with that person's details from your database (or a prompt to add them). Click to import — name, role, company, and LinkedIn URL come in automatically. You can add notes before saving.

What does 'enrichment' mean in practice?

Enrichment appends verified contact data to a candidate record — typically a business or personal email address and a direct phone number. We use a network of data providers to verify the data before it's added to your record. Each enrichment uses one credit.

How many enrichment credits do I get?

Every Shortlists plan includes 40 credits per user per month. Additional credits can be purchased in bundles. Credits reset monthly and don't carry over.

Can I migrate my existing database?

Yes. We handle data migration for free as part of onboarding. Whether you're coming from Bullhorn, Vincere, a spreadsheet, or a LinkedIn export, we'll get your data into Shortlists and cleaned up before your first day.

Is the data GDPR compliant?

Yes. Shortlists is built for UK and EU recruiters. Candidate records include consent tracking, right-to-erasure workflows, and audit logs. Our enrichment providers operate under GDPR-compliant data agreements.
