Recruiting CRM pricing for a 3-to-10 seat UK agency: $120 per user a month, month-to-month, cancel anytime.

One price. Every feature included. No annual contract, ever.

$120 per user a month, billed monthly. That covers everything a 3-to-10 seat UK agency runs day to day:

  • CRM and candidate database, with natural language search
  • ATS with a customisable pipeline
  • Interview notetaker (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)
  • Client portal, no client login required
  • BD Radar, overnight hiring-signal scanning
  • Mail merge and outreach with open and click tracking
  • Revenue dashboard and fee forecasting
  • 40 enrichment credits per user per month

No extra line items. No add-ons waiting at checkout. No 12-month commitment. The price is locked for early customers, with no increase at renewal.

Why every other recruiting CRM costs more than it says

Most recruiting CRMs have a headline price and a real price. The headline price is what you see on the comparison page. The real price is what you're paying six months in, once the notetaker add-on, the enrichment credits, the outreach module and the next price increase have all landed.

That gap isn't an accident. It's the model. Three structures cost 3-to-10 seat UK agencies the most:

The annual contract. A 12-month commitment with a 90-day cancellation window means you can be 11 months into a contract you want to leave, waiting out the clock. That's not a product problem. It's a switching-cost problem that has nothing to do with whether the software is any good.

A typical annual contract gives you a short 90-day cancellation window and then locks you in for the rest of the year. Shortlists is month to month, cancel anytime.

The add-on tax. A base price for the CRM. Then £25/user/month for the notetaker. Then £30/user/month for enrichment. Then a separate outreach tool, a separate BD tracker, a separate AI assistant. Each one is justified on its own. Together they make up the frankenstack: a set of tools that don't talk to each other and, added up, run £160 to £330+ per user a month.

The renewal increase. Annual contract renewals with built-in price increases mean the number you signed for isn't the number you pay in year two. One CRM in this market has a documented pattern of attempting 20% price increases at renewal.

Shortlists is built around the opposite of all three.

Mid-contract? There's a bridge for that

If you're six months into a 12-month contract with Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo or Atlas, you shouldn't have to pay two full subscriptions at once. Ask us about the bridge rate on your demo call — you pay the reduced rate until your existing contract ends, and full price only kicks in when you actually switch.

Migration is free and done overnight. Whether you're moving from Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, a spreadsheet, or a LinkedIn export, our technical team handles the migration for you. Your data is live before your next working day starts, and most agencies are running Shortlists by 9am the morning after onboarding.

Frequently asked questions

Is the $120 really the full price, with no add-ons?

Yes. The $120 covers CRM, ATS, interview notetaker, client portal, BD Radar, mail merge and outreach, and 40 enrichment credits per user each month. There are no feature tiers and no add-on unlocks. Additional enrichment credits beyond the 40 included can be bought in bundles if you need more. That is the only variable.

Is there an annual contract?

There is no annual contract. You pay month to month. You can cancel at any time. Your data is always exportable, so you are never held in by a migration fee or a cancellation clause. That is a permanent commitment, not a launch promotion.

Is the price locked in once I sign up?

Yes, for early customers. The $120 per user a month price is locked at the rate you sign up at, forever. When public pricing rises, your rate stays the same. That commitment is written into the terms.

I am mid-contract with another CRM. What are my options?

Ask about the bridge rate on your demo call. You pay the reduced bridge rate for the months your existing contract overlaps with Shortlists. Full price only kicks in when you actually switch. The aim is to make sure you are never paying two full subscriptions at once.

What does free migration mean in practice?

We handle the migration for you. You export your data from your current CRM (Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, a spreadsheet, whatever you are using), send it to us, and we have it cleaned and live in Shortlists before your next working day. Most agencies are fully operational by 9am the morning after onboarding. There is no fee and no external migration partner involved.

Does Shortlists work for agencies outside the UK?

The product is built for 3-to-10 seat UK recruitment agencies and that is where the current customer base sits. BD Radar scans globally and can be configured for other geographies. If you are outside the UK, ask about fit on the demo call before committing.
