The numbers

What switching actually costs you

Most agency owners assume switching means paying for two tools at once until the old contract ends. With the bridge, you don't. You pay £40/user/month for Shortlists during the overlap — then £75/user/month once your old contract ends. Here's the math for three common scenarios.

Scenario A

Old tool monthly bill

£450/mo

3 × £150 — already locked in

Bridge cost

£720 total

3 × £40 × 6 months

After Bullhorn ends

Scenario B

Bridge cost

£1,800 total

5 × £40 × 9 months

After Vincere ends

vs £575 renewing Vincere

Scenario C

8-person agency, 3 months left on Loxo

Old tool monthly bill

You book online — 30 minutes. Our team audits your current stack, confirms data structure, and surfaces any custom-field migrations. End of call: a written migration plan in your inbox.

2

Day 2

Sandbox set up

We mirror your current data into a Shortlists sandbox. You verify nothing's broken, test your top 5 candidate searches, confirm contact records map correctly. Sign-off triggers Day 3.

3

Day 3

Overnight migration

8pm to 6am. Full data transfer, indexing, integrations. No downtime during your working day. You finish work on Bullhorn at 6pm, log into Shortlists at 9am.

4

Day 4

You're working

Your data, your candidates, your client records — all in Shortlists. AI notetaker active, BD Radar already pulling overnight signals. First placement on the new system within 48 hours for most teams.

Feature parity

£40 isn't a stripped-back tier. It's the same product.

The bridge price doesn't lock you into a feature-limited plan. You get the same Shortlists product the agency paying full price gets — same CRM, same ATS, same BD Radar, same AI notetaker, same client portal, same UK support team.

The fine print

The questions you'll ask anyway.

When does the £40 rate end?

When your existing contract ends. Whichever month that lands in, the rate moves to £75/user/month — locked at sign-up. We don't raise prices during the bridge period. Full stop.

What if I want to leave Shortlists?

You leave. No 12-month lock-in. No 90-day notice. Cancel via your account settings. We'll export your data — candidates, contacts, pipelines, notes — in CSV, JSON, or directly into your next CRM via API. No fee.

What about my candidate data and GDPR?

GDPR-compliant by default. EU servers. Full audit trail of who accessed what and when. You own your data — Shortlists is the processor, you're the controller. SOC 2 Type II audit completed November 2025. Documentation available on request.

What if my old contract auto-renews before I switch?

The bridge offer is your insurance against this. Book a migration call by 31 May 2026. We migrate before your auto-renewal triggers. If your renewal window is closing this month, this is the conversation to have on day one.

What if I'm already using Loxo's notetaker or Vincere's AI?

Shortlists' AI notetaker is included in the £40 bridge price. No add-on cost. We import your existing call transcripts during migration so your AI search history transfers cleanly.

Does this offer apply outside the UK?

The Switch campaign is UK-priced (£). Shortlists is UK-headquartered with EU infrastructure. We have early customers in the US and EU but the bridge offer's £-denominated pricing is calibrated to the UK 2-to-10 person agency market. Outside the UK? DM Jack — case-by-case.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

How do I switch from Bullhorn to another CRM?

You book a migration call, Shortlists' CTO audits your current stack, we mirror your data into a sandbox, you verify, then we run the full overnight migration. Total elapsed time: 4 days. With the Switch bridge, you pay £40/user/month for Shortlists during your remaining Bullhorn contract — no double-paying penalty.

Is there a Bullhorn alternative for small recruitment agencies?

Yes — Shortlists is built specifically for 2-to-10 person UK recruitment agencies, the segment Bullhorn was never priced or designed for. £52/user/month standard, £40 during the May 2026 Switch bridge, no annual contract, AI included, BD Radar built in.

Vincere vs Shortlists — what's the difference?

Vincere targets mid-market agencies (10-100 people). Shortlists targets 2-to-10 person UK agencies. Vincere charges £90+ per user with AI as a £25/user/month add-on. Shortlists charges £52 standard with AI included. Vincere requires a 12-month contract; Shortlists is month-to-month. Shortlists includes BD Radar — pre-job-post signal monitoring — which Vincere does not offer.

Can I cancel a Bullhorn contract early?

In most cases, no. Bullhorn contracts are 12-month terms with 90-day cancellation windows. The Switch bridge is designed exactly for this — you keep paying Bullhorn until your contract ends, but pay only £40/user/month for Shortlists in parallel instead of full price.

Is there a recruiting CRM with no annual contract?

Yes — Shortlists is month-to-month, no minimum term, no notice period. £52/user/month standard, £40 during the May 2026 bridge for switchers from Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, or Atlas. Cancel any time.

What's the cheapest recruiting CRM for a 2-to-10 person UK agency?

At £40/user/month (Switch bridge through May 31, 2026) or £52/user/month standard, Shortlists is currently the lowest-priced full-stack recruiting CRM + ATS + AI in the UK 2-to-10 person agency segment. Bullhorn (£150+), Vincere (£90 + AI add-on), Loxo (£120+), Atlas (£100+) are all materially more expensive.

How do I migrate recruiting CRM data without downtime?

Shortlists' CTO runs migrations personally, overnight (8pm–6am UK time). Your team finishes work on the old CRM at end-of-day, logs into Shortlists the next morning with full data integrity. No working-day downtime. Free for switchers.

What's the best Loxo alternative in the UK?

Shortlists. Built for the same niche — 2-to-10 person agencies — but UK-headquartered, £-priced, with no annual contract and BD Radar (pre-job-post signal monitoring) built in. Free overnight migration from Loxo.

What's the best Atlas recruiting CRM alternative?

Shortlists is the most directly comparable alternative — same target market (small UK agencies), broader feature set (BD Radar, AI included), lower price point (£52 standard vs Atlas £100+), no annual contract.

Is there a recruiting CRM under £50/user/month?

Yes — Shortlists at £40 (Switch bridge through May 31, 2026) or £52 standard. Includes CRM + ATS + BD Radar + AI notetaker + client portal — no add-on costs.

Does anyone offer free recruiting CRM migration?

Shortlists does, for switchers from Bullhorn, Vincere, Loxo, or Atlas. CTO-led, overnight, no fee. Standard for the Switch campaign through May 31, 2026.

What does Bullhorn really cost a 5-person agency?

At £150/user/month, a 5-person agency pays £9,000/year for Bullhorn. With the £25/user/month AI add-on most teams need: £10,500/year. With Shortlists at £52/user/month standard: £3,120/year — £6,000–7,500/year saved. With the Switch bridge during contract overlap: £2,400/year for the bridge period.
